If you order a custom listing and cannot provide the information needed to begin the project and/or do not respond to emails within one week of purchase, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

If a custom order listing is purchased and after communication, an additional 30 days passes without responding to emails, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
